Natural Beauty Tips... Eat green veggies



It isn't just a saying, it is actually true; real beauty comes from within. What you put into the body will eventually show itself on the skin after its been filtered through all bodily organs (kidney, liver, etc.). Green veggies are rich in fiber, iron, magnesium, protein, antioxidants and they help boost the immune system.

Well, that's the short list... but, if good health doesn't motivate you to add greens to your diet, perhaps vanity will. These veggies allow your skin to have a radiant glow; add shine and healthy to hair; and add strong nails and teeth. As always, listen to your body and eat what feels best for you.
